This is the online accident and incident reporting system for the University of Leeds.
Anyone can use Sentinel to report accidents, incidents, near misses, unsafe acts or conditions.

If you wish to register as a user, please click on 'Logon' in the top right hand corner of this page and select 'Register'.
Users only have the ability to log incidents on the system by default.
If you have a H&S role that requires further access permissions please use the request form (found in the 'Global Documents' menu after logging in) to submit an authorisation request.
